When I was like...12 that's how we did it. If your an adult..perhaps if it was a dinner invitation that came with delivered flowers? That is romantic...but if your past the middle school years a plain old passed note is pretty lame.

i had a best friend named jenna* and a best guy friend named josh*.
josh sent jenna a note asking her out. she sadi yes and it has worked out great.

it really doesn't matter how you tell her
just as long as you really like her and want to go out with her
but FYI be prepared for rejection becasue that can happen
