This girl i like put our relationship on hold. She said she will tell me when she's ready and i would be the first person she asks. The other day i started just playin around and stuff like messin with her friends on facebook like sayin stuff like i know you wanna date me and breaking up with her friend just for fun. Now she said not to me but she said she's interested in finding a real man. Is that a shot the says she don't want me or she wants me to stop playin around and be a man?

Yeah, sounds like a shot at you.
She has an idea of what maturity is, and you don't fit her description of it, for whatever reason. Women can be quite fickle.
Your best chance of being with this girl, is to walk away, when she sees you lose interest, she might start to like you again.

Who cares? If she dumped you, then more on and date whomever you think will make you happy.
