Try a heating pad, or just rub them.
Even better, sleep, usually 30 minutes of sleep relives cramping.

Cramps of any kind, the quick fix is a swig of molasses. More slowly is to eat 1/2 bananas per day, what your body needs is the magnesium and potassium they contain. If they remain sore and you are unable to get the pain to go away see a massage therapist (you may not be able to apply enough pressure without lightening up because it hurts).

This could simply be a bit of overuse, or it could be a symptom of some chronic and possibly extremely dangerous illnesses.
For now, try heat and/or ice to relieve it. But see your doctor ASAP to find out why this is happening.

Get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water. When you body is not fully hydrated your muscles cannot contract when necessary causing cramps.
