After Effects Trial Problems?

I have a problem with the trial version of after effects, where the program will begin like it usually does with the small loading screen, but after that only an outline of the program shows up. All the tabs on the top work fine, and everything loads up but I cant see it. I can see the desktop right where after effects program is supposed to be. Please Help Me!

The program has worked before, i have used it quite a few times in the last couple of days. I all of the sudden does not work anymore.

some adobe programs have a problem due to the refresh an resolution of your monitor

what resolution and refresh rate are you using?
