If you are referring to the USGA Rules of Golf, I purchased mine from Bravo Golf at Park Square 1, Makati. It's in book form 6.5"x4"x0.25". P120.00. Not current, though. 2004-2005.

You can download them from the USGA web site (free, see below), or order them from the USGA. You can also join the USGA for $15.00 and get a free copy, plus lots of other extras.
