Your Mom and I have been in the same boat. Try setting up an appoitment with a shrink and trick them into going if they cannot handle the truth. Go to the library and get books on the subject for them to read and totolly ignore them both till they do. Do you want an ulcer?

Honey, your mom is the adult, she needs to take control. Talk to your mom when your sister is not around and tell her how you feel. Be very serious about it and make sure she understands that it really upsets you.
Your sister is at an age where she knows everything and she is always right. Your mom needs to stop arguing with her, put her foot down, and make her straighten up.

Maybe you could try talking to them both about how much you really don't like seeing them hurt each other. Or write them each a letter, maybe just by letting them know you care without blame might make them think about things?

It's the age they are going through. Is your mom single? If so that is why it is so hard on her, if not she needs to have dad or father figure step in and and speak up!

well ... i thought i argued a lot with my mom... but seems like you have to deal with it really badly... but just call the police if your sister starts to hit your mom and gets really badly...and i almost did that before when that happened with my step dad, mom, and 14 year old brother... but now he is 16..&& i am 12 also!!!!

Don't think about it. It's normal, really. Your sister is teenager and that's how teenagers act around authority figures. There's really nothing you can do other than wait until your sister moves out. But till then, they'll be butting heads, constantly.

Tell them how you feel about it!
Then go to school and learn how to write a coherent statement, it took me like 5 minutes to even figure out what the question was!
