how can i tell my boy friend how much i love him? I always tell him i love him but i don't think he believes me. What can i do.

More details please, how old are you? how long have you been together? Has he said he loves you? Over use of the word love gets old and trite. When there is true love it does not need to be stated several times a day a look, a touch, a thoughtful gesture can speak volumes. How does he react to your I love yous?
Don't be pushy trying to get him to say it back by saying it so often to him.

Well there are many ways you can tell him that you love him but overall he believes you he just wants to see how far you'll go to make him believe you. Maybe you should do all the mushy things that boys do to us to show him you care about him just the same maybe more......it'll surprise him :)

just be like (name of ur bf) i really really do love you.....why is that so hard to believe......and tell him what you love about him and end it with a romantic kiss lol thats what i would do lol but say "i love you" right as you go in for the kiss and make it the best kiss u ever gave him lol

or tell him this saying
"you know, I was looking up at the stars last night, trying to pair up each star with a reason why I love you, I was doing grreat... then i ran out of stars!"

Alright honey first thing you can do is show him more. I always give my man back massages, cook meals, give him cards and such, and leave messages for him.
I tell him also how much I appreciate him and what he has done for me. Hope that helps you.
