i have insomnia and anxiety issues. so dont preach to me about its addictivness . I KNOW!
but i mean side effect wise? is it realy strong? my doctor might prescribe it but i am nervous.
what would be the safest? ativan, klonopin, xanax, or valium??

Hi. I personally think Klonipin will help you more with the anxiety and the insomnia. Because klonipin specializes in dealing with anxiety and it is a medication that makes you sleepy so taking it an hour before your bedtime would be great. Valium can help also but it's not as effective for anxiety as klonipin. Ativan works for only a couple days then it loses its affect and xanax is only for short term use. With klonipin you can use it for a longer period of time and I don't think it is as addicting as the others you mentioned. However you have to know that it is a benzo like valium and it can be addicting so if you have a problem with drugs or alcohol then you need to be very careful with any of these meds. Good luck.

All these drugs are benzodiazipines, and they all have different half-lives. Ativan works only for 4 hours, about the same as Xanax. Klonopin is stronger and lasts 6-8 hrs (making it better for sleep). Almost nobody is given Valium anymore.

went to the doctor and he did not see how i was still liveing he said i cant be one of the liveing your dead he said
not to long after that i stop takeing them BUT STILL LOVE THEM ALOT
