Hey everybody. Well, my b/f has just broken up with me. His excuse is that we argue too much (in which he provoked this arguement and broke up with me). He took back everything he ever gave me and gave back things that I gave him. Now he's sending me messages saying how he loved me, too bad it didnt work out, and he dont want to stop talking cold turkey (he still wants to be friends, I don't). I told him from the beginning that I never become friends with ex b/f's. In my opinion, I believe that after being intimate and sharing your darkest secrets, there's no such thing as being friends. So I need help guys!!! Do I let it go and stop talking to him or do I wait and see if he comes back??? Oh yeah one more thing... I told him " Since you've decided that its over, don't come back." And he said "Oh I won't. I swear I won't." HELP!!

Hi Beau, i am 100% agree with u,after all that romance and .... you cant be a friend with your B/F .it doesnt mean that you have to be enemy, you have to moveon, Tell him its you ,who broke up with me.its you,who took back every gift ,and returned mine.you acted like 5 to 10 years old girls ,when they fight with each other they return their gifts or toys,and demands to return theirs,
Ask him to be a man. and learn to act like one.Its OVER, he doesnt deserve to be your B/F or friend.Move on with your life you will find someone better then this B/f .Tomorrow is an other day :) GOOD LUCK,ALL THE BEST

Go with your heart, if you feal theres still something between you two and that its worth trying to give a second chance then do it but if you think that nothing will happen and that you guys will remain friends then i guess thats okay but most important if you think that he will hurt you or make you sad and depressed in any way or just put you off like he did before then don't even think about giving him a second chance. Remember though everyone can change and deserves a second chance and things change so don't hold a grudge. That is the worst thing to do. Personally i would be friends with him and thats it nothing more and nothing less. Goodluck though.

No, this is not right here. Let's be friends business is like having your cake and eating it to. You have already let go and at your expense, that hurts your heart. Find someone else right away if it's just to be seen with . What kind of future would you have with someone that takes back gifts? This man lacks manner's and integrity and you can do better.

Cut all ties. No real sense in hanging on hoping he may come back. Not worth the added stress! And he is an ex for a reason...keep it that way.

Just move on. He isnt worth the headaches. Sounds like he likes to play head games and it seems to be working with you sometimes. I say move on with your life. You deserve better. Also, cut the communication off with him too.

ohh honeyy... this guy must have been thinking abt breaking up with you for sometyme.. same thing happened with me just a couple of days ago where i did the same as he did, tried to break up with ma boyfriend.. and it was because i was thinking abt it for some tyme.. we went through all tha take your stuff and i take mine, but at the end i realised..i stil loved him and i just cldn,t let him go just like that....
the same with this guy.. he must have been thinkin abt breaking up with u for awhile, now after he has done it.. he realises he stil wants u back..but he is proud...he was ready for this and u wasn,t... it's gonna hurt.. but try to hold on just for alittle while.. if he keeps playing stupid.. move on..find rebunds for a moment..just think abt yo'self first.. maybe it's even better for you..

don't do it because he's doing a guilt trick to make you bad and if you do be friend at least it will start all over again with the arguement!
