Hi, i am 14 years old and I have a relationship problem. I Have a male friend in fact he is my best friend that is going out with a girl i have liked for a few months and I believe she realizes this. She and him are still happy and stuff but she flirts with me sometimes and I still like her. I wish I could go out with her but I dont know what to do, and I think my friend suspects we like each other and might be a little mad.

I actually remember being 14... (I'm 47 now) trust me you'll get over this...Its a routien and typical thing.. in 30 years you'll likely not rem much about it.. hell in 5 years likely you wont rem much about it... not the greatest answer in the world seeing as yer 14 and everything seems a matter of life and death.. BUT trust me (or dont, yer choice) Its not even close.. yer just beginning.. your opinions & ways and all that crap will change soon enough...
Girls are like buses.. another one comes along every 5 mins.. and well dude.. there are WAY more females on the planet than there are males.. YOU get to pick and choose if you keep yer head about it...

Ask your best friend, and if you guys DO like that same girl, you should both drop it. If you don`t, someone is bound to get hurt when she likes one of you guys and not the other.
If she doesn`t like him, you could show some signs, getting more obvious towards the end, and then when the signs are getting a bit too obvious, tell her and see what happens.
I wish you good luck =]]!!

This is one of those tricky situations. What you need to do, is decide what is more important to you. Dating this girl, or keeping your best friend. Some things you should consider, are how long have you & your best friend been friends? Do you really think it's worth throwing his friendship away? Trust me on this one...you have a lot of life left to live, & there will be plenty of other girls!

If you value your friendship, ignore her flirting and don't go out with her.
