Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE YOUR CAT ASPIRIN OR TYLENOL. This will kill your cat! I suggest calling your vet or and animal hospital immediately to get their suggestion on what to do. Do not wait. He may be fine, but only a vet will be able to test the iron content in his blood. I found this online:

DO NOT give any cat a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication without consulting with your vet first. Acetaminophen is toxic to cats, aspirin is extraordinarily easy to overdose in cats because the half-life of aspirin in a cat is 72 hours (3 days!) and other non-steroidal medications do not appear to have been studied much in cats, probably due to the problems with these two common ones.

If it's just iron, then probably not. Sometimes when cats become anemic, the vet will give a perscription for iron droplets. But if it has some other stuff... then it could be harmful. Best to find out what was in it and then call a vet. Any decent vet would probably give you an answer over the phone.

Please be advised that aspirin or tylenol kills cats. It would be best to call the vet and describe your situation and see what he or she says.
