Parrots talk when they hear humans talk. I wonder if anyone ever heard of a parrot stuttering.

Hi there. It seem they have these weird practice sessions. I don't think it is a true stutter. The actual cause of stuttering is unknown but many believe there is a defect in the brain in the area linked to speech. My parrot will practice words. He can say "Peek-a-birdy!" His sessions are like: "Peek, peek Bird, birdy birdy bird, bird bird!" He then uses inflections we use in language using what sounds like gibberish. Wha sha bus cha, cha? It sounds like a question. Real hilarious to hear. Have a tweet year.

If the person teaching them to talk stuttered so would they. As like when a person with an accent teaches one to talk, the parrot will talk in an accent. Some parrots can even distinguish one language from another.
