I would have a hard time believing something that came from a friend of a friend of a friend. It sounds like a fable/urban legend to me.

That's the 0-60 time for million dollar exotic super cars. Do you really think they make the parts to do that to a Yugo? And if you could spend that kind of money to do that, would you do it to a Yugo?! Not even if your crazy. Sorry, this is definitely false and your "friend" thinks your gullible.

Maybe it if was attached to a catapult or dropped off a crane or building. I guess it would be theoretically possible if you changed out tons of parts and pretty much rebuilt it from the ground up and made a drag racer using slick tires and wheelie bars.
If it is true then have him give you a copy of the timeslip from the dragstrip where he recorded this time.

Just ask yourself if its possible... it would be damn near impossible to have the traction required for that unless your running a dragster...
