Complain!!!

Its the only thing to do.....

If the roots are dark your hair will need a high lift tint or bleach which can be tricky to do at home if you have never done it before!

The only thing you can do is go back as soon as poss and say look I'm not happy with the result and want you to fix it, also tell them you don't want the same stylist as before, don't leave it too long

I know its hard to walk in and complain as hair salons can be quite intimidating so take a brave mate or your mum!!!

Good Luck

First you should speak to the manager and explain what you asked for. You should give the salon a chance to offer to put this right. You can contact the hairderessing council if still unhappy or go to another salon to have it rectified and ask the other salon to foot the bill. ANy good salon will do this for you. Sounds like you need an ash blonde put on roots to cover the red. That may be all that is required. Also remember that any red colour fades after a few washes especially it you wash it with Head and Shoulders shampoo as it is so strong it will strip the colour

Hi there.
Things to learn about going to a salon. you go to a salon to make ya self feel good, good consultations help you and the stylist to understand what you want. Never leave the salon if your not happy with end results, The salon should always correct what your not happy with, if not the client can refuse to pay. What you could do Nat, is go back to the salon if you haven't tried doing anything to your hair at home, And tell them that your really unhappy with the result and you would like them to correct it, if they refuse, dont argue, just tell them that they will hear from Trading Standards. see what they say after that remark. if they still refuse contact Trading Standards explain to them, they will ask of details, from there they will deal with it for you....Dont be scared ...£60 is a lot of money.

definately agree with the above answer!
you need to complain and explain to them what it was you wanted and asked for, what you ended up with and the repurcussions (i.e your extensions not matching).
Also have a clear idea what sort of refund you are after, you have 2 choices
-full refund so you can go somewhere else and have it done properly
-another stylist to rectify with no charge at the same salon.

they will prob want you to have it done there, but insist you do not want that stylist! good luck x
