Now I know most of the world is straight...which would make homosexual be considered not normal. But do yall think Homosexual is the opposite of heterosexuals sexual attractions and stuff. I mean could a gay person actually make there minds click to eing attracted to the opposite. I think its the opposite of hetereosexual. Just like you couldnt take a straight guy and make him start liking guys when hes a 100% on women...Opposite all together...I think

I don't think it's a choice. I think people are just born with it. You make a good point. Just like in junior high when guys see something and get an erection (don't mean to sound gross) and they don't have much control. Straight people don't control who they are attracted to or who sexually turns them on. I think it's that same with homosexuals. There are plenty that have tried to live as if they were straight but it's hard and a lot end up justing coming out. It shouldn't matter either way. I don't care if you are straight or gay. If you are a nice person, then that's all that I care about.

I think that there is just something that makes people like other people of the same gender. I don't think people are gay , but only gay acts. It has been shown that every guy has a sexual thought involving another man at least at some point in their life, so I think that it shows that every man has the potential to be attracted to another guy.

I don't think that you can define homosexual as not normal in that respect. It's just a behavior that if it goes against what you think is socially acceptable, then you think it isn't normal.

Oh and I don't know what this has to do with religion.

(Straight man here)

Actually scientists have shown that gay men have different receptors in their noses than straight men. Gay men have the same receptors as women, meaning they pick up male pheromones. So no, they can't change who they're attracted to, but why would they anyways? Homosexuality is completely natural. It's a common occurrence in humans and other animals so what's the big deal?

Homosexuality is not a choice but a state of being. You don't choose to like men over woman. You don't choose to love men instead of women. It's just the way it for them. Just like you can't start feeling the way that you for men as you do for women.

Being that's the case and our eyes our open we should not be judging them but embracing them with the love of God without preaching to them about who they have sex with.

People used to think that the earth was flat at one time too.

Homosexuality is the result of a seed of sin. You're half right in your statement that WE cannot make him straight. Homosexuality is a choice (but not so much so) at the same time. It is a seed that is passed along by Satan and ONLY by giving himself 100% to Christ can a homosexual choose to walk a different path. This is offensive to someone, but it is the truth.

I think, generally speaking, that one is attracted to what one is attracted to. Try to get an average guy interested in Roseanne Barr sometimes... I should imagine it might be about the same for a gay guy to try to get interested in something he's not attracted to. Only conjecture, though.

I honestly don't know why people care about sexual orientation.
