This is a very common problem, some of them maybe blocked pores from the soap and deodorant you use, some maybe ingrowing hairs which are actually caused by shaving. Don't use talc under your arms because it blocks the pores quickly, try to avoid roll ons and stick deodorants, use a spray from a distance of at least 10 cm. Use a body scrub under your arms instead of soap.
If you are still worried a few weeks after trying this regime, pop along to your local nurse to check for cysts.
Good luck, and try not to worry too much.

Hi
The bumps under your arms are ingrown hair. Loads of people get them. When u shave your underarms sometimes the hair doesn't grow back straight it grows into the skin causing raised red bumps. U just need to always exfoliate your underarms the day after shaving then every other day to prevent this. U can get a product called "ingrow go" from a company call Skindoctors. It will clear them up and also prevent them coming back.

Have a good exfoliation before you shave. The bumps are most likely to be to do with the hairs when you shave them. Make sure you use a decent razor too- why are boys razors so much better than girls, no matter how pink they make girls' ones or whatever else they do to them?

Exfoliate!!! It will get rid of dead skin cells, and by getting rid of the dead skin cells will help you to not get ingrown hairs(the bumps) And use a moisturizing shaving cream. Try not to shave everyday too.

You should change your deodorant...I use dove. And for your condition...you might have to try the 'Dove Sensitive Skin' for a while. Shaving isn't good at all for any parts of your body. I suggest waxing. You might have to pay more the wax instead of buying a cheap razor & shaving cream.....the wax will last longer and it'll take a while for the hair to grow back too. Change the soap and deodorant to dove if you already don't use it and try waxing...if you think you're sensitivie to waxing...use 'Veet'.

don't shave as often you're irritating the skin .. and when you do shave use shaving cream.. if the bumps are really bad just don't shave your underarms for about a week .. i know its gross but just wear sleeved shirts .. it should heal up pretty good

make sure you are exfoliating under under your arms DAILY!
I use those little loofa gloves when I wash... just get a little body wash and scrub away. and don't shave too often. Every other couple days is much healthier. Other than that, it might be that your deoderant is actually irritating the skin?

As ick as this may sound, stop shaving for a week, see if the condition improves. If it doesn't, stop using deodarant for a week, use a body spray everywhere but there. If that fails see a doctor...

usually a good cure for that is putting deodorant on the skin after you shave, but that's with other body parts. I assume you've done that on your armpits.
