From what I see at my company, at least 80%. Usually the boss's reason for going is more for the potential golfing than anything else. After all, most things these days can be handled by teleconference, computer, etc. you don't really need t be sitting there.

With modern video conferencing i would say 90%. You still have to go and stare some folks in the eye now and again.... Debt collecting, striking deals and negotiating are not best done over the phone or video calls.
