My room is drab, I live in an apartment so were not allowed to paint the walls,so they are hospital white.

It's wonderful and it reflects my personality perfectly! I love bright colors and international styles. My comforter is stripped (mulberry, golden yellow, green, etc.) and I have matching solid pillows on top. Three of my walls are painted tan and the other is mulberry. My vintage-looking lamp represents my love of history and the past. I also love to travel so hanging on my walls are various things from my travels (a key from China, a drawing from London, a necklace from Hawaii, a painting from the Caribbean, etc.) along with a statue from Paris and an ivory elephant from India on my dresser. I think it's important that your room should reflect who you are and mine does!

My home is color, color, color! Every room is a different style - Family room is rustic, Library is eclectic, Master Bedroom is Traditional French, Guest room is a get away retreat like on a tropical isle, one bath is a American Indian, another bath is Contemporary, Kitchen is Retro and the foyer and hall going upstairs is a tree and sky theme.
SO... I guess I am a colorful person with many tastes!

I love my room. It does reflect my personality. I love Italy and I love lavender (the plant and the color). I have a huge original painting I did of Tuscan hills with fields of lavender rolling towards them hanging on the wall above my bed. The colors are olive type greens and chocolate browns. My quilt is caramel brown with chocolate and lavender pillows. I have a cute patchwork pillow my mom made with similar colors on it. I have more paintings on the side walls of tiny villas in wooden frames. My bed is black wrought iron. I have metal rustic candle holders and always fresh flowers on my bedside table. My husband loves our room too as it isn't too girly. He has a photo of himself and his brother when they were little by his side of the bed. Our curtains are a deep chocolate color with cream "roman blinds" underneath. It's very me.

it definetely reflects my personality- its not really a certain style, its just everything. its pretty crazy- just like me! :) the walls are just white since i cant paint them, but i have a painting i did on the wall and have stuck lots of pictures i like up too.

It is small, so it is very,very simple. Nothing hanging on the wall. Furniture? just my bed, a table and a tiny tv on it..that is it.
Yes, it does. I don't need luxuries..I consider myself a "simple" person.
