For embalming or an autopsy, what shape do they cut you open in? Is it an H sideways, a Y, or a T?
If it is not the sideways H, is there any medical procedure where they do?

You are not cut open for embalming, expect for a small incision on the collarbone, about 3 inches long. During an autopsy, an incision is made in Y form from both shoulder down to the nipple, and then straight down the center to the pubic symphesis.
