No matter what you use it may still happen, even in cake pans. What I do is after they've cooled and I want to remove them from the pan I hold it over a low flame on the stove for a few seconds, and presto, they turn right out without a fight

I use Bakers Joy and have never had a problem. I spray the pan liberally before putting in the batter. Once out of the oven I let the cake sit for 10 minutes. Then I invert it onto a cooling rack. I never have to shake the pan. It always falls right out regardless of the recipe. Don't listen to the naysayers. The baking spray always works and is much quicker than trying to grease every nook and cranny inside a bundt pan.

Get the type of baking spray that has FLOUR in it. It gives you the same effect as greasing then flouring your pan. I think it might be called bakers secret.

Great product.

One thing you could try is letting it cool a little bit more before attempting to invert the pan.

Another idea is to invert the pan, but don't shake the pan. Let it sit there upside down on the plate for several minutes before you try to pick up/move the pan.

All the answers given are very good. I suggest investing in a silicone Bundt pan. Those things are great. you don't have to grease or flour the inside and the cake just pops right out.

A good layer of cooking spray before putting the batter into the pan usually works for me. You can also melt some butter and swish it into all the corners, then lightly flour the pan before putting the batter in.

try the Pilsbury cooking spray with FLOUR. make sure you spray the pan very good. the cakes come out perfect every time. made one last nite and it was great. wilton makes a cake remover product, but it is more expensive than the cooking spray and doesnt always work.

We used shrtening and a light dusting of flour to coat the pan, and then immediately after it comes out of the over place the pan upside down onto a wire rack, and it should come out fine! That's what they taught us in Class! Hope it helped!

Wilson's markets a cake remover coating that you spead on the pan with a pastry brush. Never had a cake stick yet! Walmart sells it in the cake decorating section.
