My boyfriend hasn't really said anything about it but I can tell he doesn't really like some of the jeans I wear or that sometimes my thong shows. I don't wear them to church or at our parents's house. So who cares what I wear when we go out, right? He didn't seem to care when we first met!

No, I should've added that he's not a jealous person. He just said one time that he thought it looked a little "inappropriate" sometimes. At least he didn't say "trashy" or I would've slapped him. I guess that's most of what I'm wondering.

Well yes, you can dress what you want, unfortunately some people take it as a license to dress cheap and trashy (you don't want perverts asking you: "How much?"); jeans are great if you have a hot body, but thong showing up looks cheap (and for a boyfriend is a turn off in public places). Dress hot, but not cheap.
If your boyfriend hasn't said anything yet, the best thing would be to ask him, maybe your are getting worried about nothing; or about the wrong thing. Mind reading and guess is a good way to end a relationship for nothing.

This should be okay, unless of course you wouldnt like it if he didnt wear a shirt out in public etc. If you dont think you'd have a problem with him wearing skankier things (I know this is kind of hard to explain cuz guys cant really dress skanky). Its not really what you wear, but how you act when you wear it. Sure, you can be confident, but not skanky or flirty. Talk to him about it, and if you really love him you will tone it down. If he really loves you, he will be willing to make compromises etc. I've been with my boyfriend for two years (lived with him for one so far), and I don't feel the need to for one show my thong...yes I wear tighter jeans like everyone does nowadays, but I dont show my thong, and i dont show my stomach or much cleavage. i know i wouldnt like it if I was him. Just try to be respectful. thats the main thing. hope this helps.

your bf is just super jealous and doesnt trust you. my girlfriend wears tight pants and thongs or w/e and i like it because when i see guys lookin at her *** it just makes me feel good because im going home with her, not them....try to get that into your boyfriends head and it will be completely opposite

While I understand what you mean, you need to see his side of it too. Of course he wants you to look good, but not trashy. You're not available anymore and he doesn't want you attracting unwanted attention. Wouldn't it bother you if he dressed like a slob around your friends? He just wants you to look nice, just like you would want from him.
