Does anyone use sweet almond oil as a facial cleanser and moisturiser? If so, how do you use it? I read that it is quickly absorbed and can be good for your skin due to the fatty acids in it. Is this only through consumption or topically on the skin? Apparently it dissolves the oil and impurities on the face. Does it cause breakouts? Thanks in advance.

I don't think using any kind of oil as a cleanser is a good idea as it can clog the poors. I would use a facial cleanser first and then use the sweet almond oil mixed with sugar as an exfoliant about once or twice per week. Or use it without the sugar just to moisturize when you are getting out of the shower to lock the moisture in. Again, I wouldn't even do that every day, maybe every other day. Good Luck!
