BOTH! If you even think there is a possibility of having sex, you need to be prepared. A lot of girls I know don't like too because they think a guy will think they are a ****. I think its responsible. Better safe then sorry.

This is the 21st century and protection is the responsibility of both sides (man/woman, whatever combination). That means condoms, unless the two of you are in a serious, healthy, adult relationship.
