If you really want a tattoo ... wait! Give the idea time to sink into your head because before 18 your wants are totally different. And as they have all said above me, any place that will tattoo a minor even with parent consent probably isn't as safe. Now days even if the state law allows it a lot of good, clean shops wont give a minor a tattoo. They know how likely it is for a minor not like it in two years. It may be business for them but the last thing they want is to have unhappy customers walking around with their work permanently in their skin. Wait until you are 18, it is safer and smarter all around.

you cant.. even if you do find a place they are breakign the law and are willing to loose their tattooing license... if they dont care that they are tattooing a minor then they wont care abotu you.. and they probably dont follow the health and safety regulations... instead of walkign out wiht a new (and probably crappy tattoo) you can also walk out with hepatitis or other disease.. possibly HIV/aids... if you do find a shop keep away! just wait till you of age.. and most shops wont tattoo anyone under 18 even while heir parents are there as wellll so beware...

no place that will tattoo a minor without parental consent is cool. in fact it is scary because a place like that likely does not have strict health code compliance and i would be worried about catching hepatitis. hepatitis is not fun. i know you want to get a tattoo now but i promise it is worth the wait. when i was your age i wanted a tattoo desperately. had my parents let me i would have been so glad but they didn't. and on my 18th birthday i went and got one. it was worth the wait.

Any tattoo artist who is willing to perform a tattoo on a minor, especially without parental consent, should be fired and have his/her license ripped up in front of their face. Its grotesque.
Just stick it out like everyone else....otherwise happy hepetitis!

Anywhere in the U.S legally you have to have parent consent. I'm around maine to lol.
