well, i'm 17 and i need help. I currently live in columbia,sc with no education...and no direction i feel like i'm alone in the world...i can't find a job..trust me i tried. i get tired of asking my bf for money, because now he starting to complain i just want to get out of my parent's house b/c they are not helping me with my education. Does anyone know how i can get help? oh yeah i'll be turning 18 in june. Please help

First thing first. Why do you not have an education? You need to get a diploma or ged to get things started.
Now days you have to have that just to work at mcdonalds. To go to college there are grants and loans that you can get. Talk to an advisor at your local college or university. There is always a way to do things. Understand that an education is the most important thing you can have. Also let your man know that when you get on your feet you will repay him. And get out there and find something. If you can go to a temp agency. They can find jobs for you as well. Good luck sweetie!

have you made a resume? if not, that might be why you're not getting jobs. if you have a resume and apply to at least 20 jobs, you should be able to get at least one. if you google "resume" you will find some examples. once you have a job, stick with that until you turn 18-in which case, you can get a GED, there are programs that will help you. Once you get your GED, doors will open everywhere for you. Just be grateful for the positive and keep moving forward, even if it is slowgoing.

well you can keep going to school for free till your 21 so finish high school then think about college

well, i'm sure you'll qualify for a loan if you go to college...start there...once you are 18 you can work the strip clubs too...those girls make tons of dough and go to school days..good luck!
