It is good that you cleaned the wound well, but does your cat have a current rabies vaccination? A cat that goes outdoors can pick up the disease from another animal and you wouldn't know it until it's too late. Rabies inoculation for humans consists of a series of painful shots. Once symptoms develop rabies is fatal almost every time. A lot of doctors now days would recommend the shots for you just so your family can't come back and sue them. You should at least watch your cat for signs of illness.

Get a tetnus shot ASAP. Wear long sleeves the next time you play with your cat. Watch your cat's behavior. See if it starts to take a liking to raw meat or fresh blood. If so, time to change cats. You may have a true carnivore on your hands.
