how do you remove a photo stuck to glass?

Without ripping it. (Got stuck on it from getting wet w/ water.)

Any tips?

you can actually pour more water on the photo to free it.

BUT! you must immediately wipe the photo clean and I'd advise placing it in a dictionary to retain its structural integrity.
