I asked this girl that I have a crush on, to hang out with me and she said- "can I get back to you on that"? what kind of answer is that? was I being rejected nicely? sometimes it's impossible to understand women.... :-) plz help? TY

Don't read into her answer so much. What was the occasion that you asked. Was she in a hurry? It probably just means she either couldn't or didn't want to answer right then. It doesn't mean she is rejecting you. Give her some time to "get back to you" and if she doesn't then try again.

It sounds as though you were being rejected nicely however you may want to be more to the point as opposed to asking her to hang out with you.

Ask her out. If her response is the same, then move on to someone who will be more deserving of you.

umm...from a girl's perspective i think she's rejecting you but nicely. which means she cares enough not to say no right to your face.
