Not a site that organizes your articles but a site that has a layout setup for you and all you have to do is fill in the blanks with wat you want.

Also i don't want a clipping or www.crayon.net. Those don't work.

Are you looking for an actual website to help you? Because there's an awesome Adobe program called InDesign. It's easy to use and very reliable.

I don't know of any On-line software or site that can do that.

There's a software called Quarkxpress that is an excellent professional tool to do just what you want. It is quite easy to use and supports about any file format in the publishing business. You could build your work in a tabloid format and have it print at a local printer shop. Sometimes you can even find places that have recycled paper which would help to make the illusion complete.

Unfortunately, there is no demo versions available on the net so you might want to ask around to see if someone could lend it to you for the time of your work. It is certainly the tool you are looking for.
