If you go on the microsoft website you can download microsoft office 2007 (with powerpoint) but its only a trial...It lasts about 3 months though.

Not legally. And stay away from the P2P services unless you want a virus along with illegal software. Use the Open Office Suite from Sun, it has Word, PowerPoint and Excel compatible programs, and it's free.
