go and see his friends before you. You havent seen him in 3 months and you just got back to the city and he hasnt made time to see you. You call him up and what is he doing........Nothing. He never calls you because he is sooo busy. He only talks on IM. But he has no job or anything, wth. Actually he is lazy. He make promises like im going to come see you, but he doesnt. He doesnt take you out anymore. What would you do? Because my friend is needing help, and i dont know

Quite simple -- dump the dude.
Sorry, but he's either not interested, not serious, or doesn't appreciate his girlfriend.
Its much better just to "cut your losses", and find someone who wants to spend as much time as you do together, totally appreciates you, and puts you first. Its not saying that he's a "bad person", but rather there has to be a degree of mutual interest, desire and compatibility (some people need a lot of time together, others do better with very little... so find the right match).

Easy...she needs to ditch his butt and throw him to the curb. He doesn't care about her feelings..so why should she let him continue to lead her on and drag her along on a string. He is very inconsiderate and selfish. If he doesn't want to be with her, he should be a man and tell her. No body is that damn busy! It's all a lie...he does it because she lets him and is thinking with her heart instead of her head. When you said he's jobless he should have plenty of time aside from looking for a job.!
