I think nobody can have an easy life. We sometimes get depressed too for no apparent reason.

Sorry to hear about that Sami. Life is what you make of it and how you bounce back from adversity. My life is not 'Bad" but I had many roadblocks to overcome to get to where I am.

It all depends on what you want for yourself. You have made a good step by asking your question. That shows that you see that there may be a problem. I've read many "Self help" books and even been to shrinks, but it all boils down to what you want and how determined you are to improve on how you feel about life.

Chances are, you want things to turn around but don't put high expectations on your trials to get there as that only leaves you open for disappointment.

good luck to ya.

I think that you should get some help, go to a doctor and let them see if you need to take any thing, I was the same way, and my doc put me on lexapro 10mg...it really works and you dont have to take it the rest of your life...ask for that and see what happens...I use to cry for no reason...sometimes I thought I was losing my mind..but it help me...

and also go to depression.com...i think thats the site...and take that test..

good luck with that, and I hope you feel better..

Hard to know which is cause and which is effect. Are your life circumstances making you depressed or is your brain chemistry making you think your life circumstances are difficult? But if you describe yourself as always sad, it's probably time to seek professional help.

I think you should talk to your doctor. If you are having actual problems then you may want to talk to a psychiatrist. Depression is very common these days and is easily treatable with medication, the trick is finding the right medication for you. Explain your symptoms to your primary care physician and he/she'll lead you on the right track.

Being in touch with your feelings is one thing being controlled by them is another. One of the best ways to help yourself is to help others. Start looking for ways to help others. If you are young you should talk to adults about how you feel and always be honest.
good luck

Have faith in God, and everything will be positive. Go to church to learn God's way of living a satisfying life. God love you, and you are precious to Him.
