i went to the windows media player website and downloaded it for my mac computer.. but after its completly downloaded it said to choose a location to open from so i just chose apple script editor from the list and now im completley stuck. what do i do to open windows media so i can download it!!?? please help ! thx alot

Im not sure i understand your question but you may want to try Flip4Mac. It allows you to play "most" windows media files using Quicktime. Windows Media for Mac is trainwreck and there is no easy fix for it. Good luck!

Windows Media Player downloaded from Microsoft.com is compressed using .bin or .hqx. What you need to do is download Stuffit Expander to expand the file before it can be installed.
