exercise exercise exercise, get in shape stay in shape. Run, pushups sit ups and chinups. Plus have a PMA pos mental attitude. and check with each branch of service as to their physical requirements. good luck.

Only men are allowed to be special forces. Women are not allowed to have a combat MOS so they can only be support to special forces and they do not go through the selection process. So pretty much based on your avatar pic I'd say you can't try out for it.

If you want to be in Special Forces you have to be in top physical condition, have a strong will and a strong mind. Pass the grueling stages of training. Very few can do that. If you just want to go Airborne you need to have it put in your contract when you join.

Great Fitness, Good Intelligence (100+ GT score for Army), and a clean record...you have to have a clearance. I would say those are the big three.
Besides that...it never hurts if you know someone who can pull strings for you.

First you have to be in great shape and speak the same language as the Israelis. Then you move to Israel and join their special forces. The U.S. is too sexist.

Well you need to know that being secretive as they are you need to get over talking to people. Learn to lie and decieve and do a great deal of physical training. You might be better suited for special olympics.

about all you can do is request spec ops. but you have a selection process to go through. and they look at your abilities, how well you follow orders, your appearance (you don't look like a ****bird). you get the idea
