well...we were created in his image...this is not to say he looks like a normal human. jesus got transfigured in the bible, and when he was he was in his "heavenly form" (or something like that), and it says he shown brightly yet still looked like jesus...so basically...i believe God looks like us...with "holy" features unlike us...

No, the Bible says that he is invisible. I know that we are created in God's "image", but since God is not physical, most people do not take this literally.

The Mormons, as far as I know, are the only major religion to teach that God used to be a mortal with a physical body (on the planet Kolob, if you must know).

Jesus looks like God and was resurrected a man!

so the answer has to be Yes.
the great indian tribes and civilizations of south america prophecy that a bearded white man would ONE day return.
So much so that they confused many men throughtout history of being the same god who would return.
I have personally heard the testimony of Glenn Kimbal having his hands and feet searched for marks of the crucifixion.

you can ask him yourself to prove this statement.

Yes, man was created in the image of God. Not in the image of a fish, monkey, squirrel or mysterious energy blob (otherwise we would look like a fish, monkey, squirrel or energy blob - no offense I hope!)

"GOD" is not a man...."GOD" to the ancients was the "SUN" hence "RAH".....AMENRAH. Ask yourself this, can any life form sustain life without the "SUN?" That is power over life and death and it is eternal. I was once brainwashed in the fairy tales of "JESUS." We must learn to understand the writer and his messages. We must understand that man/woman are vain creatures. The question I often ask, "Is the sun feminine energy or male energy? Is this blasphemous? I hope so...I am sick of lies!

Just as His Son, Jesus Christ has, God the Father has a perfected immortal body of flesh and bone in the very image of man.

In the Bible, Jesus said that when "ye see me ye also see the Father."

Not necesarily. We were made to his image, but it could be as far as reasoning, logic, in general terms the mind. He probably inspired the bible writers to use terms like face and hand so that it would be easier for us to understand, but he does not necesarily have a hand like we do, or eyes like we do. He does not need light to see, so why would he need eyes? The truth is that the bible does not say, and that is the my answer you your question.

God (Yahweh) is a man! he walked in the garden of eden with Adam and Eve.

The word 'God' comes from the ancient hebrew word 'Elohim' and Elohim means in ancient hebrew, 'those who came from the sky', 'those who came from the sky' said, 'Let us create man in our image, after our likeness' so Elohim created man to look like them, in their image, so yes 'God' does look like a man.

even though God said that in the bible that we were created in his image, nothing is for sure. we know that he has emotions just like us. he felt lonely in the beginning . thats why he created man. he gets angry as you know. and sad too. some people describe him as a jealous god. i dont know why but i heard my pasters and sunday school teachers say this before. we must look something like him, but do not know if we look completey like him.
