I don't. I don't follow religion.

But, I believe you need fellowship with other believers. You gather knowledge from eachother, help from eachother, love and companionship with each other, and you can serve eachother.

I belong to a Church -- non denominational.

No rules or regulations -- just Bible based.

Just the way Christ wants it. Just the way the first century church had it. We are small, meet in eachother's homes, and serve the community.

The Bible says: "But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved." (Matthew 24: 13)

It also says to keep on making sure of what is acceptable to God.
(Ephesians 5:10)

Matthew 28:19 & 20a says: " Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU."

The above shows that is is an on going service to God. a doing of his will, just as Jesus did...teaching and preaching the message of God's Kingdom...

Matthew 24:14: "And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come."

It also says...
Hebrews 10: 19-25: " Therefore, brothers, since we have boldness for the way of entry into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, 20 which he inaugurated for us as a new and living way through the curtain, that is, his flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us approach with true hearts in the full assurance of faith, having had our hearts sprinkled from a wicked conscience and our bodies bathed with clean water. 23 Let us hold fast the public declaration of our hope without wavering, for he is faithful that promised. 24 And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, 25 not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as YOU behold the day drawing near."

Establishing one's faith with God is every religion's goal, I don't think that any sensible religion will mind if you don't need it any longer once you established your faith with God.

We dont, we need to continue to have a daily relationship with God as our father and Jesus, as our savior.

Christianity is a way of life. Establishing your faith only draws you nearer and makes you want to understand your faith on deeper and deeper levels.

FORGET RELIGION
Christ is the path of salvation.
Christ is the truth of God's Word.
Christ is the life eternal.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.

Christ is the tree of life.

Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

God's Word is not a religion but a reality.

first off...religion is just a title...i dont like to call christianity a religion...it is suppose to be a relationship with God our father.
but anyways...once you truely accept Christ and decide to follow him, you will love him enough to do his will...which is stated in the Bible. basically...its like thinking of your loved one...if you love them, you wanna do things for them...right? you want to buy them gifts, do things special for them, make them happy. its the same with christianity...we try to do things that make him happy...becuz he deserves it...

Well, IMHO, because faith is like a single thread you hold onto. After awhile that thread starts to break, so you go to church to strengthen that thread again. Faith is a mystical being is a weak thing. It constantly has to be fed or logic and reasoning start to creep in on you. Christians don't like logic and reasoning because it forces them to think.

because that faith can be constantly or continually tested. By God, satan or other people.
