is he too old for me?

I am 17 i work with a guy who is 26.

we have been alone together on more than one occasion but we have never kissed. there were a few moments where he started to learn in slightly but he pulled away.

we flirt and talk all the time and get along great.
i have been calling him a lot recently and we have hung out almost everyday in the past two weeks.

well we hung out last night and there seemed to be quite a bit of attraction. we were together almost the whole night. but i didn't call him once today and he basically ignored me. we hung out on our break at work and were in a car together but other than that it was almost as if i wasn't there. he usually comes right up to me and starts talking but today he stood by me but didn't talk to me but talked to the person next to me.

i've noticed that he is EXTRA friendly to me when his ex is around too.

i always have dreams about him and i like him a lot but i'm getting mixed signals from him. what's going on?? what

Well the age doesn't really mater sometimes, but i think he is playing with u to give his ex jealousy. But it seems you are in love with him it might be hard but he doesn't really wnt to have anything with u.

Since he is of legal age and you are not, he may be (wisely) staying back some distance. Legal Adults messing with minors is playing with fire.

At 17 or even 26 you are nowhere near who you are going to turn out to be, so I would advise to keep it light-hearted (and cautious!) and have some fun while you're young.

Actually K Roe, he may be older than you but it strikes me that you may be more mature than he is.
I don't see the age difference as a problem at all. Whether he is the right guy for you, that is another story.
