im Getting Charged With Carying A lethal wepon be cuase a lady saw a bb gun in my hand and thought it was real, when i was on the side walk, I think its bull ****!

Just about anything can be construed as a deadly weapon depending on what the person intends to do with it, even a sharpened pencil could be considered a deadly weapon.One thing going on your side is, intent is very hard for the prosecution to establish.

anything can be considered a lethal weapon I have known people being charged with assault with a deadly weapon--fruit If it can cause serious injury or death
