I drink a lot of water every day, and yet my kindeys still hurt. Could this be signs of a kidney infection, or is it normal. Please help me!

No, kidney pain is not normal. If you are having pain in your kidneys, with a fever, I would seek medical attention. If there's not a fever with it, I'd try drinking lots of cranberry juice. If you don't like cranberry juice, try cran-apple or cran-mango - both are good.

I've had recurring infections since I was a kid - they aren't fun, but there's more to a kidney infection than just pain. You may have burning during urination, fever, fatigue, small to large traces of blood in your urine and tenderness to the touch in the kidney area.

If you do have a kidney infection, you'll need to be treated with antibiotics... Just drinking water or cranberry juice will not relieve it. If you don't like cranberry juice, get cranberry pills to take everyday. They help to maintain a healthy urinary track and will assist in avoiding further infections since the infection begins in the urinary track and works it's way up into your kidneys.

It could be a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. DO NOT DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE! It can cause soem kinds of kideney stones. For temporary pain relief (better than most drugs) those hot pack belts work nicely.
