I've heard from people who have been stationed overseas that European women, Filipino women, and Japanese women are attracted to black men. Is this true or exaggerated? Do you have any first hand experience?

Yes its true. I'm a Black man that was stationed in Japan.
My wifes Japanese. I'm not sure about Europeans but East Asians give brothers plenty of love.

No I have never considered nor do I support your ridiculous explanation. You are basing your explanation on your perception of Black men and Black women which is very limited. Black men and Black women are not just African American. Therefore you know NOTHING of other cultures of Black people. This is evident. African Americans are a small yet even more diverse ethnic group among Black people. This make your claim even more convoluted. If Black men were a match for White women than White women would give birth to Black men. If Black women were meant to be with White men they would give birth to them, nurture and teach how the love Black women. That doesn't happen nor is there great percentage of miscegenation going on as a whole. It's that way for a natural reason. Chimpanzees don't mate, nurture or raise Orangutans and viceversa even if put together in a zoo even though they are both considered great apes.

Yeah. I've seen it with my own eyes where Pinays will get with a "black man". Hate to burst your bubble, but they probably are one of the below---
A) a guest relations officer---in terms we Americans would understand, a hooker.
B) a really smart girl who knows the easiest way to a VISA is through their pants, which she will wash as well, until she gets here to the United States. Then she will start hanging out with Filipinos again and eventually divorce you.
C) a Pinay that loves you for who you are, not what you are.
If you're a good man, you're a good man regardless of what culture or race you come from.

I use to work with a Korean woman that was married to a black man,can you imagine how happy she must of been when she saw how much bigger the penis is on a black man,than that of an asian? Seriously, I have seen an asian mans penis and it was 3 1/2 in. I had to leave in order to not laugh,and then there was this black man wooooooo baby,9 in.

When I was stationed in England, all the British chicks flocked to the black guys. Even the not so cute ones!

I was stationed in Germany for 2 yrs and I can tell you firsthand , german women love black men. The ugliest black dude who got no play in the US, got all he could handle in germany for real. Us white guys got our share, but it was much easier for black men. Italy was the same way.
