(but the prosecutor dropped it to calss B) and the police also report me to INS ,i didnt stay in jail ...the police released me to my Husband that nigh,i got stuck in the police station because the we're wait to INS to call them back since i am an illegal,next 2 weeks INS sent me letter saying that i have na interview, i went over there the officer jst give me some peper work saying thant i am illegal and overstay with B2 Visa,and he let me go,but i have to report to INS every once a month, i already went to my hearing date and i plead not gulity(i have my attorney) ...My trial date supposed to be on Jan 11 but my attorney file for continue the case( which mean give us more time)
My Husband is going to petition me after he got his US citizen ...Do you think This proble is Going To affect my process of being sponor by my Husabnd if am Guilty ? how About if they found me NOt Guilty, can i still get Sponsored by MY husband ? can anyBody tell me what should we do. i live in NH?

Actually if your husband is a citizen and he is going to sponsor you (Form I-130) the INS looks more at his record than they do yours from what I am told.

I don't think if that was the only time this happened it will effect you too much. Maybe take an anger management class. Your proof is that you two are together and I guess that is proof. Just stay out of trouble. Good luck!
