I need a recipe similar to the sauce that is on the Twister at KFC. Does anyone have any idea what makes that mayonnaise spicy?

I have never personally had a twister, but I make a spicy chipotle mayo to go on things all the time. It's easy to make.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce chipotle chiles in adobo, pureed
1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced

Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and serve. (2 tbsps.= 1 fl. oz. BTW)

Sriracha chili sauce ( available in any oriental store or even in walmart) is what u can add to regular mayo to make it spicy.
The sauce is extra extra spicy so u will have to add just a little bit. It will also give it a great color.

KFC says that it is a pepper mayo. I haven't had one, so I am not sure, but perhaps Tabasco in the mayo?
