Cut if off!
If you have dyed and highlighted it several times, it is probably damaged, so you need to cut your hair really short and leave it alone for a while.

Good luck!

You should definitely cut it! If it's been colored, highlighted, is frizzy, and is pretty long, those are all signs that you need a serious cut!! Try a professional line of shampoo from Paul Mitchell or Redken.

you shouldn't wash your hair everyday. it strips out your natural oils. i have really thick hair and i bought a pair of thinning scissors to thin mine out about once a month. if you decide to dry it, don't flip your head upside down because that will make it poofier. and when i straiten mine i pull it up and then let down really thin layers to make sure i get all the little bumps out of it. oh, and a hot oil treatment is good to do every once in a while, or get a product like sunglitz to use after u get out of the shower.

dont wash it everyday, use a dove mosturizing shampoo, dont dye/highlight cuz that = damage, dont use a hair straightener too much, only on occasions because it breaks strands=frizz. use mousse to make it look unfrizzy until it grows
