we are trying to find different warm ups for volleyball and i suggested suicides but i cant remember the correct way to run them, any help is needed.

it is for a game, who ever loses the scrimmage has to run suicides, but one night a girl asked me if we were doing them properly because i sometimes add twists and so i was like well i know we arent but i cant tell you the proper way

Pace out 30 meters(or any distance you like), place a cone at the start and at 5 meter intervals (7 cones in total).
Sprint from the starting cone to 5 meter cone and back. Turn and sprint to 10 meter cone and back to start. Sprint to 15meter cone and back to start and so on until you sprint the full 30 meters and back.
Rest for 90 seconds and repeat. Complete a total of 6 sets keeping rest periods to 90 seconds.

Set up a series of cones similar a letter T
The working player starts by sitting down cross legged. On the start command they run to their right and back, run backwards and back and then to the left and back at full speed. A server can be added to throw a ball which the working must pass back or bump back etc.

u don't need a basketball court.... u can just do it anywhere jus making sure u mark out the distance between each bak and forth.

and doing suicides for a warm up isnt advised its more of a actual training benefit if ur doin them properly.

u need a basketball court and u start on the out of bounds line so when u look down the court its baskest to basket u run and touch the free throw line then back to the out of bounds then u run to the half court line and back to the out of bounds then u run to the other free throw line and go back to the out of bounds then u run to the other out of bounds and then come back to the first out of bounds..o ya all that is 1 sucide...and u gotta touch ur hands on the lines....sounds confusing but play it in ur head and ull get it

Just like basketball. Start at one end of the court, sprint to the other end touching the baseline and sprinting back. Do 50 of these and you'll feel as if you've committed suicide.

well u go from the end of the court to the 1st baskets free throw line.....then all the way back... then to the half court........then all the way back...them to the other hoops free throw line...then all the way back...then to the other end of the gym...just continue to do that all you want to...

you start on the base-line and then you run to free-throw line and then back to the base-line and then to the half-quart line and back to the base-line and then all the way to the end of the quart and then back to the base-line

repeat as needed
