Sell Vehicle to illegal alien?

Is it legal to make a private party sale of a vehicle to an illegal alien? I have someone interested in buying a car from me (cash) that might not be a legal resident (Texas). Please advise!

Yes thats fine you don't have to know anything about a person to sell than an automobile.
