HUH, listen don't do online ma training its just a waste of time and it always leaves that what if factor open.like "what if i'm not doing this right" and so on.

You can probably google Shaolin Training or something like that - but there are many different types of Shaolin. If your looking for stretches and exercises, try googling Junan Taiso or Yoga - something like that. As for actual self defense exercises, it's insanely hard to learn them offline, espcially if your practicing by yourself.
