Sometimes i think that i do not know myself,and what i want to do with my life,so i see that place and decide to ask.

it's been 3 years and istill go back and forth from this site when i get emotional or feel i need a boost in something still have not used all the tools either!
it's a text based site that will have outlined questions and steps for stuff! ingeneral! and questions you would never be asked by anyone!

a few other things to do is write down what you like and what you don't like! list it start a life plan!
I was in your frame of mind 3 years ago also depressed and i'm female so i'm emotional as most are!
but now I am the happies person i have goals i strive for them! I stepped up to my own life instead of waiting for something to happen!
that change just happend with in the last year!

I have the book it helped me quit smoking 4 months now!
remember you have to love yourself before others will even look your way and if your wishy washy you will only attract that into your life! want to change then step out of your comfort zone and try something new!

I had felt that way for a long time. I had the feeling that I didn't know who I was and I was really depressed about it for a while, but I write a lot of poetry and that just helps me get all my feelings out on paper, and then I can go back and look at it, and see how I have changed. I just get a whole new perspective on life when I write. It is like nothing else in the world matters except what is happening around me in that particular moment. Hope I've helped!

how old are you? Hardly anyone knows themselves or what they want to do regardless of what they think. Just find something that you like doing and make that a career.

On the same note, I don't know who I am all the time, and still have no idea what I want to do, and I'm in my 20's. Relax, it'll come to you eventually.
