dating is fine as long as the parents are OK with it. But with sex, Even if the parents are OK with it. it is illegal. Hope I helped.

That depends one what you mean "go out". If it's purely boyfriend/girlfriend, with basically no physical contact, it's legal. But at very different stages in life it's probably not worth it. Of course, once you get intimate he could be charged with statutory rape
