Or you could choose of these two:
-Indoctrination/Conversion to the Christian faith.
-Being born again; expieriencing God, making a personal choice
"I tell you the truth, except a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God"
-Jesus

"I consider atheism to be MY salvation."
That's really interesting.

No such thing to an atheist. You can believe you have been saved and will live forever, but you won't ever convince me.

Yep, that's God's job.

I do locate it unusual that such rather some human beings won't be able to agree on what God is telling them. And God continually seems to accept as true with their personal personal determination. If more suitable human beings had themes with the trinity, there would probably be distinct denominations for that too. Oh wait, there is! JW's, Mormon's and Christian Scientists don't have self belief interior the trinity. yet i wager some Christians do not evaluate them christian. yet you spot, atheists would, because those communities DO say they're Christians. So definite, it is not person-friendly.

Well I think salvation is being saved. You can have salvation from lots of things. In the Christian faith it means your little sin rittled soul will go to heaven because god has given you salvation through Jesus Christ. He has saved you from an afterlife of torture. I know what it means and even know what it means in the context of your religion, the important thing for you to remember is I just don't believe it exist in the context of death. Got it.

Neither of those. I'd go with whatever Webster's uses, or in my own words, salvation is being saved. Saved from something. Not necessarily SIN.
I consider atheism to be MY salvation.

well, if you insist:
1.the act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss, destruction, etc.
2.the state of being saved or protected from harm, risk, etc.
3.a source, cause, or means of being saved or protected from harm, risk, etc.
4.in theology. deliverance from the power and penalty of sin; redemption.
I don't really get the rest of your question. Is it 'define salvation or make a choice between two unattractive options'? Then I'm done.

I think it's up to the Christians to define salvation. Atheists don't believe that we need to be saved from Hell or from our "sins".

I can't, I'm not American therefore I don't know as many English words as you do. And unfortunately, I haven't learned the definition of salvation yet to put it in my own words.
But I DO know the meaning of bullsh!t, it's the belief that god exists.

I define language to the person I'm speaking with so that we can communicate.
To YOU "salavation" is a born again experience, so I'd use the word with that meaning.

The difficulty with your question is that you ask people to define something, and then give them the definitions you want. Not particularly apt to learn anything new that way, are you?
