I believe in a loving God--not the beast described throughout much of the Bible. Willingness to infinitely punish for finite offenses may be the trait of an advanced creature, but they are certainly not traits of a being worth worship.

I stopped 10 years ago, now I'm awaiting brain surgury so I started going to church again weekly 2 months ago. I've gotten good news for it due in a couple of weeks. But last Sunday I didn't goto church, now my neck is in horrific pain, Last month I didn't go once either and the next day a bunch of my highly valued personal items broke. hmmm.... coincidence
